Package shipping

As a general rule, packages are sent within 48 hours after receipt of payment, through courier with tracking number and delivery with signature. If you prefer an express certified shipping, an additional fee will apply. Contact us before requesting any option. Regardless of the shipping method you choose, we will provide you with a link so you can track your order online.

Shipping costs include handling and packaging costs, as well as postal expenses. The handling costs have a fixed price, while the transport costs may vary according to the total weight of the package. We advise you to group all your items in one order. We can not combine two different orders, and the shipping costs will be applied for each one individually. We are not responsible for any damages that your package may suffer after shipment, but we do our best to protect all fragile items.

Non-EU countries: Prices shown are tax-free but some import costs can be charged to the customer in customs. These costs are not included in the shipping cost. UPS allows one single delivery attempt. We advise to arrange the delivery and confirm the delivery date.

Returns

In case of return, the return cost is borne by the customer. If the issue is produced in customs (non-payment of taxes, incorrect address or other facts attributable to the customer), the cost of returning (Import taxes + Shipment) will be deducted from the future refund. Once we receive the parcel in our facilities, we will contact you and inform about your options.
